This terms and conditions agreement applies to any and all websites, services and products (collectively referred to as “Service” or “Services”) provided by Swedish Construction Sales AB (also referred to as “Swedish Construction Sales”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Services we provide

Our mission is to help Baltic construction suppliers and Swedish retailers to connect. To succeed in this mission, we will provide the following services.

For manufacturers: We will connect you with Swedish retailers/construction companies to sell your products and increase revenue. We will manage the whole sales process to increase efficiency. We will also provide you with customer contacts, quotations and offers as often as you deem fit.

For retailers/construction companies: We will provide you with construction products from Baltic manufacturers.

Changes to the agreement

In the future, we might make changes to the terms and conditions of our Service, such as adding new functionality or making technical changes. This terms and conditions page will be updated to reflect any changes made. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.

Acceptable Use

By making use of the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions agreement as well as all applicable laws and regulations. You are not allowed to:

• use the Service if you are incapable of fully consenting to the terms and conditions;
• spread malware or other malicious content;
• use our platform to market your own products or services without our permission;
• copy, redistribute, sell, or otherwise infringe on the copyrights of Swedish Construction Sales, our content and our Service;
